District Chief Executive for Krachi Nchumuru in the Volta Region, Solomon Kuyon is full of praise for World Vision Coika, a Korean based organization for their selfeless support for people in the Krachi Nchumuru District.
World Vision Coika according to the DCE has help in improving access to potable water in various communities in the district that hitherto were faced with severe water crises. He said 90 percent of the 18 boreholes earmarked for drilling have been completed out of which 4 of them have been mechanized to make possible for more communities to benefit.
He expressed hope that the assembly would be able to augment efforts of the organization by also moving in to drill more boreholes. According to him, his main concern however is for beneficiary communities to maintain the boreholes well to ensure they last long enough.
“It is our hope to provide water to as many communities as possible in the shortest possible time, the reason we are grateful to World Vision Coika for the interventions”, he stated.
